HISTORY:
We have been buying, selling and trading Toyota
Land Cruisers and 'Cruiser parts for over 20 years. We specialize
in used Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts for all years
FJ-40's ('58-'82), FJ-60's ('81-'87),
FJ-62's ('88-'90), FJ-80's ('91-'97) as well as NEW aftermarket parts for ALL Land Cruisers up to the
current year FJ-100 ('98-to date).
We are ALWAYS parting out dozens of Land
Cruisers and we have a warehouse full of new and used parts.

SHIPPING & DAMAGES:
TOYCRUISER.COM ships parts via UPS, FED-EX, US Postal
Service (USPS) & Truck Freight. Large items ship via truck freight with
freight due upon arrival. There are often cheaper truck freight rates if the
receiving party is willing to pick up at truck terminal.
Our goal is the safe delivery of all orders. All
TOYCRUISER.COM merchandise is shipped and packed in accordance with the
rules and packing specifications established by the carrier’s
classifications.
When we deliver our merchandise to the carrier, we
obtain a receipt showing the merchandise was delivered to the carrier in
good condition.
WE CANNOT ASSUME
RESPONSIBILITY FOR MERCHANDISE LOST OR DAMAGED WHILE IN TRANSIT TO
YOU.

Every shipment that leaves TOYCRUISER.COM has been
thoroughly checked, packed and inspected and is receipted in good
condition by the carrier. Any loss or damage that occurs to the shipment
while in transit to you is the responsibility of the carrier. We use
numerous carriers and some of their contact information is listed below:

If the boxes, crates or cartons in which
TOYCRUISER.COM merchandise is packed reaches you in apparent good order
but upon opening you find the contents to be damaged, be sure to
immediately get in touch with the delivering carrier, his agent or
adjusters that they can examine the shipping carton and its contents.
Always retain your tracking/shipping numbers!
Claims for loss and damaged shipment is not to be
deducted from our invoice nor payment withheld awaiting adjustment of
your claims.
TOYCRUISER.COM
will assist you in every possible manner in collecting claims for loss
or damage but this willingness on our part does not make us responsible
for collection of claims or replacement of the material. Always refer to
our invoice number, your order number and date when corresponding
concerning a claim.
RETURNS
:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Please call or
e-mail TOYCRUISER.COM for a Return Authorization number (RA#) and simply return
any part (shipping prepaid) to us within 30 days of purchase and we
will refund the original part price. No refunds on shipping
unless the error was our responsibility. No
refunds after 30 days. We do not issue call tags, you are responsible
for return shipping. All refunds require copy of original invoice.
We will not refund parts that are used, installed, painted, or
modified. No refunds on special order parts or electrical parts.
We cannot accept return of any merchandise whether damaged or for any
reason unless written permission has first been issued by us.

We are constantly looking for used 'Cruisers
and used parts trucks! We offer a handsome 'finders fee' for anything
